There are two floors and we have lift (elevator).

Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?

They do not have air-conditioning because it is not necessary in Bilbao.

Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?

Yes.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?

There is free left-luggage service.

Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?

There are two public car parks just four minutes from our doorstep. It costs 15 €/24 hours approximately (2009).

Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?

Yes, in all of the rooms.

Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?

WiFi.
